Rain... THE MOVIE!!! [Ellis Beach]

A certain someone will understand that title.

You witness a master at work. A master at doing something incredible. Something most don't have the time to do. Something most do not have the dedication to perform. That something... is writing a useless intro about masters at work.

Anyway, let's talk about Ellis Beach. It is great. The caravan park is on the beach, literally. You can walk off a site and you'll be on the sand. Our site was pretty damn good, and we could always hear the waves. But, it's all very fun and games until you realise it was raining the WHOLE TIME. It's such a nice spot, but the weather just decided to take a massive bog on it. Bruh.

On the first day, we went to the nearby Palm Cove for a walk with Jazzy. Palm Cove is noice. Very noice. It wasn't raining there, because why not, WEATHERMAN?
So we hung out for a little while. On another day, we went again without Jaz and had lunch at an Italian joint. We had some pizza, theorised about Ken's emotional complex in the Barbie Movie, and jammed to some live music.

We also went to Palm Cove for Japanese one night. The restaurant was hidden away in a sussy staircase in an alley, but when you step inside it was really nice. A hidden gem, as they say. The food was really good, except for the fact we only got on serving of Takoyaki. ಥ_ಥ

On another day day, we visited Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. Like the name suggests, we saw
- crocs hanging out waiting for their prey - which I would have liked to be that annoying girl that was sitting in front of me
- some crocs trying to eat some staff members,
- a CHONKY snake,
- how crocs get domestically farmed in a big box and some dark containers,
- and my new favourite animal, (besides BogDog of course) Cotton Top Tamarins! They're these little monkey dudes that are so CUTE. I love them.
Back to the crocs though, this place had a bajillion of the suckers, and I'm scared to think what might happen if the farm ran out of chicken. Maybe there would be an A-CROCALYPSE!

... Unfortunately, Dad was the only one to have a swim in the ocean, despite the fact we were right net to the beach, because the dumb weather gave us like 5 hours of warmth for the whole four days. SAD.

For dinner one night, we simply crossed the road from our caravan park and boom, we were there. A bar/restaurant was just chillin' there, and Jaz was allowed, so we brought her. Hooray.

Sadly, that's it for Ellis. Leave a comment and check out the pictures, which are both down below because they are inferior to my writing genius.
